Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Variety hub. We ship within India and internationally — orders are accepted from customers worldwide.

1. Processing Time — All orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, we'll email you about any significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates — Charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
Within India: Standard 3–7 business days — Free. Express 1–2 business days — Rs. 299.
International: 5–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance; rates shown at checkout.

3. Payment & Currency — All prices are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers can pay with international credit and debit cards; your bank converts to your local currency and may apply a conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control. Cash on Delivery is available for orders within India only — international orders must be prepaid.

4. Tracking — You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking activates within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes — International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your checkout total. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for these charges. If a parcel is refused at customs or returned because duties weren't paid, the shipping and return costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

6. Undeliverable Shipments — Please ensure your address and phone number are complete and correct. Orders returned due to an incorrect address, uncollected parcel or refused delivery may be refunded less shipping costs already incurred.

7. Restricted Destinations — We cannot ship to countries subject to export restrictions or where our carriers do not operate. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll contact you and refund in full.

International returns — For orders shipped outside India, return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer, and original shipping charges plus any customs duties already paid are non-refundable. Please contact us at  contact@varietyhub.shop before sending anything back. Refunds are issued in INR to your original payment method; the amount you receive in your local currency depends on your bank's exchange rate on the day of the refund, and any difference caused by currency movement or bank fees is outside our control.
