Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping — India 🇮🇳

- We ship to all major cities and PIN codes across India including metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) and Tier 2/3 cities.
- Remote areas and certain PIN codes may require additional 2–3 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible PIN codes.
- Tracking is provided via SMS and email once dispatched.
3. International Shipping — Global
We currently don't ship worldwide. But International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- VARIETY HUB is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
- We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your order through our courier partner's website or via the tracking link in your confirmation email.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific countries due to local regulations.
7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@Varietyhub.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
