Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@varietyhub.shop with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply at checkout.
